We want you to feel magical in your new look, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your Unicorn Cosmetics purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused and unopened products. Please note that due to hygiene standards, items that have been opened or tested cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
